Dr. Y. Arul Sulochana is an educator and researcher with over 15 years of experience in academia. She holds a PhD in Finance from Anna University and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from VHNSN College, giving her a strong foundation in finance and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Her expertise includes Financial Management, Derivatives Management, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, Econometrics, and Financial Modelling. Dr. Sulochana has published in Scopus, Web of Science, and UGC care-listed journals and presented her research at international conferences, including at Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation in Malaysia. She is also dedicated to professional development, participating in Faculty Development Programs at leading institutions such as IIM Kozhikode, IIM Bangalore, XLRI, and XISS. This commitment to continuous learning enhances her teaching methods and keeps her at the forefront of her field. Dr.Sulochana has secured grants from the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development for Skill Development Programs and from AICTE-AQIS for Faculty Development Programs, demonstrating her ability to manage projects that benefit students and the academic community. Her diverse experience, international exposure, and commitment to continuous learning contribute to her effectiveness in an academic environment.
